Job Summary
Respond to emergency property damage situations involving fire, water, storm, and mold by surveying sites, evaluating damage, and documenting all items. Complete cleaning processes for contents and structural jobs, file documentation, and take photos at job start, completion, and throughout the process. Submit daily time sheets, code job hours, and record notes in the primary operating system while assisting with supply orders. Perform initial site visits, set restoration equipment, unload trash, and keep shop equipment organized. Work safely in residential and commercial properties, including hazardous environments, while operating a company vehicle and communicating with customers. Participate in an on-call schedule and maintain confidentiality.
Required Qualifications
- High School Diploma or GED
- Customer Service experience
- Ability to work independently and / or with a team
- Ability to participate in an on-call schedule
- Ability to work within hazardous environments safely
- Ability to operate a company vehicle safely
- Must be able to communicate and converse with customers over the phone and face to face
- Frequently will lift up to 50lbs
- Ability to safely operate a company vehicle
Desired Qualifications
- Knowledge of technology (iPhone, iPad, computer)
- Ability to learn and operate our primary operating system: RMS
- Ability to create documents
- Ability to answer and communicate with customers over the phone and face to face
