Job Summary
Contents Specialist responsible for coordinating teams, supervising pack-outs and inventory/evaluation of items, managing projects and crews, meeting clients and adjusters on-site to assist in issue resolution, delivering professional service and on-site quality control, plus maintaining organized trucks and equipment, while fostering collaboration, strong communication, and a customer-focused brand representation in a restoration and reconstruction context.
Required Qualifications

- Ability to lead others from diverse backgrounds
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- IICRC Training & Designations a plus (Fire, Water, Odor, Upholstery Restoration)

- Have the ability to work nights/weekends and overtime, if needed
- Desire to continually learn new things
