Contents Restoration Technician

Contents Restoration Technician responsible for pack-out/pack-back operations, inventory management, and restoration of contents affected by fire, smoke, water, and mold. Duties include creating inventories with photos and documentation, coordinating movement between sites and storage, deodorization and cleaning, and maintaining organized work areas. Requires 1+ years of relevant experience, attention to detail, customer-service focus, and the ability to lift and handle household and commercial contents. Prefer IICRC certifications and familiarity with inventory platforms such as Next Gear DASH, Assured Packout, MICA, Encircle, or Contents Track.
