Job Summary
Assess, inventory, pack, and store contents, textiles, and electronics damaged by water, fire, smoke, or mold. Perform production processes, cleaning, and labor-intensive tasks using ultrasonic machines, ozone chambers, and HEPA vacuums. Conduct photo inventory and documentation of items before and after restoration, while inspecting for pre-existing damage. Drive company vehicles to and from job sites within a 300-mile radius, adhering to safety guidelines and maintaining accurate checklists. Complete end-of-day cleanup and breakdown at all workstations.
Required Qualifications
- Strong attention to detail and a commitment to quality work
- Excellent internal and external customer service
- Great communication skills
- Ability to work in a fast pace working environment
- Ability to handle fragile, damaged, or high-value items with care and discretion
- Valid drivers license and clean driving record
- Ability to lift a minimum of 75 pounds regularly
- Ability to repetitively push/pull/lift/carry objects
- Ability to work with/around cleaning products/chemicals
- Ability to travel up to 300-mile radius to service territory
- Ability to work over-time, when needed
- Ability to successfully complete a background check subject to applicable law
