Job Summary
Coordinate and perform contents-restoration services by leading pack-outs, inventorying, photographing, cleaning, storing, and returning customer belongings. Supervise technicians on job sites while maintaining quality-control standards and accurate project documentation using company systems. Manage labor usage, vehicle inspections, and warehouse organization, and communicate project progress and safety concerns to the Contents Manager. Handle furniture, electronics, and personal property with care while enforcing safety procedures and providing a professional customer experience.
Required Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED
- Valid driver's license
- Satisfactory driving record
- Ability to pass applicable background and employment screenings
- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds independently
- Ability to lift up to 100 pounds with assistance
- Ability to walk and stand for extended periods
- Ability to drive, bend, kneel, climb ladders, push, pull, lift, and carry
- Ability to work at ceiling heights and in tight spaces
- Ability to move furniture, boxes, equipment, and customer belongings
- Ability to work with and around cleaning products and chemicals
- Ability to work around dust, fumes, odors, and airborne particles
- Ability to work in hot, cold, loud, dirty, or otherwise challenging conditions
- Ability to wear appropriate personal protective equipment, including a respirator when required
Desired Qualifications
- At least one year of experience in cleaning, restoration, construction, moving, warehousing, logistics, or a related field
- Previous supervisor, crew-lead, or team-lead experience
- IICRC certifications
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Strong organizational and problem-solving skills
- Basic computer and mobile-technology skills
- Ability to follow written and verbal instructions
