Job Summary
Respond to property damage emergency calls and lead restoration teams by assigning project specifications to technicians. Conduct cost analysis and estimates for residential and commercial projects using Xactimate and Contents Track Software while managing detailed records and monitoring expenditures. Ensure timely project completion within deadlines, maintain high customer satisfaction, and enforce strict adherence to safety policies and procedures. This field-based role involves physically demanding tasks including lifting 50 lbs, working in varied environments, and wearing PPE. On-call availability requires responding to emergencies outside normal hours.
Required Qualifications
- Minimum of two years' hands-on experience in the restoration industry
- Proven track record managing contents restoration projects, including packing, cleaning, inventory management, and coordinating logistics for moving items
- Valid Driving License
- Must be able to pass a MVR check
- Must be able to pass a background check
- Must be able to pass a drug screen
- Ability to lift and carry objects weighing up to 50 lbs regularly
- Capable of standing, walking, bending, kneeling, and climbing ladders frequently throughout the workday
- Comfortable working in various environments, including confined spaces and uneven terrain
- Must be able to wear personal protective equipment (PPE) such as gloves, masks, and safety glasses
- Physical stamina to work long hours, sometimes outdoors or in non-climate-controlled environments
- On-call availability means responding to emergency situations outside normal business hours
Desired Qualifications
- Experience using industry-standard estimating software such as Xactimate and Contents Track
- Familiarity with insurance processes, documentation, and compliance requirements related to property restoration
- Experience working in physically demanding environments, including construction or restoration sites, with knowledge of safety protocols
