Job Summary
Contents Manager leads a dedicated team to support disaster recovery for homes and businesses, overseeing pack-outs, cleaning, digital inventory, and storage of contents while ensuring accurate documentation and high-quality customer experiences. The role emphasizes empathetic communication, adherence to IICRC standards, team training, and collaboration with internal teams and insurance adjusters. Responsible for estimating pack-outs and restoration work per carrier guidelines, maintaining warehouse organization and inventory integrity, and delivering meaningful, customer-focused service in a supportive, veteran-inclusive, family-owned environment.
Required Qualifications
- 3+ years of experience as a Contents Manager or Contents Lead in restoration
- Strong knowledge of pack-out procedures, inventory tracking, and claims documentation
- Experience with Xactimate software (a plus)
- Strong leadership, time management, and problem-solving abilities
- Valid driver’s license with a clean record and reliable transportation
- Ability to pass a background check
- Availability to work nights, weekends, and overtime when needed
