Job Summary
Conduct thorough inspections of damaged contents in residential and commercial settings, documenting item conditions, cataloging them, and photographing them for insurance claims. Safely pack, transport, and store valuable items while utilizing cleaning and restoration techniques to return property to pre-loss condition. Supervise scheduling and coordinate job assignments, ensuring accurate record-keeping and compliance with production guidelines. Maintain production costs at established rates and keep management updated on all aspects of production. Follow safety protocols and collaborate with the restoration team to ensure efficient processes. Valid driver's license and willingness to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends, are required.
Required Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Ability to lift and move heavy objects, as this role involves physical labor.
- Valid driver's license and a reliable transportation method.
