Job Summary
Contents Manager leading a team in fire and water damage restoration, responsible for hiring, training and supervising technicians and laborers; overseeing cleaning and deodorizing of damaged property; documenting and inventorying contents; managing projects and client/vendor communications; scheduling crew chiefs; maintaining thorough job files; building relationships with clients and vendors; leading a team with strong customer-service orientation, empathy, urgency, and use of modern technology. Emphasis on collaboration, coordination of estimates per carrier guidelines, on-site client interaction, and ensuring coverage beyond standard hours when needed.
Required Qualifications
- 3+ years experience in Contents Restoration or Moving Experience
- Valid driver's license
- Availability to work beyond standard operating hours (evenings, weekends, etc.) when needed
- Must pass criminal background check
- IICRC Training & Designations a plus (Fire, Water, Odor, Upholstery Restoration)
