Job Summary
Conduct thorough inspections of damaged contents in residential and commercial settings, documenting conditions, cataloging items, and photographing them for insurance claims. Safely pack, transport, and store valuable belongings while utilizing cleaning and restoration techniques to return items to pre-loss condition. Supervise scheduling, coordinate job assignments, and maintain accurate records to monitor production costs and ensure compliance with guidelines. Collaborate with the restoration team to oversee jobs from start to completion, keeping management updated on all aspects of production.
Required Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Valid driver's license and a reliable transportation method.
- Ability to lift and move heavy objects, as this role involves physical labor.
- Willingness to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends, as needed.
Desired Qualifications
- Previous experience in content restoration, cleaning, or a related field is a plus.
- Ability to identify areas of opportunity among teammates, coaching for growth
