Job Summary
Lead a dedicated team of contents technicians to support disaster recovery projects, overseeing pack-outs, cleaning, digital inventory, and storage of contents while ensuring accurate documentation using industry software and maintaining IICRC standards. Collaborate with internal teams, customers, quality assurance, and insurance adjusters to prepare carrier-guided estimates for pack-outs and restoration, and deliver an exceptional customer experience with empathy and professionalism.
Required Qualifications
- 3+ years of experience as a Contents Manager or Contents Lead in restoration
- Strong knowledge of pack-out procedures, inventory tracking, and claims documentation
- Experience with Xactimate software (a plus)
- Strong leadership, time management, and problem-solving abilities
- Valid driver’s license with a clean record and reliable transportation
- Ability to pass a background check
- Availability to work nights, weekends, and overtime when needed
