Job Summary
Oversee daily warehouse operations, including receiving, storage, inventory control, order fulfillment, and shipping. Plan, organize, and monitor the dispatch of goods while maintaining accurate inventory records through regular stock audits. Optimize warehouse layout and storage systems to maximize space, coordinate with logistics and sales teams to meet delivery deadlines, and manage the warehouse budget. Ensure safety standards are followed by overseeing organization, cleaning processes, ozone treatments, and equipment maintenance. This role requires 2–4+ years of contents or warehouse management experience, forklift certification, and the ability to lift 50+ lbs. Required Qualifications

- Equipment operator experience (order picker, counterbalance forklift and reach truck)
- Ability to lift 50+ lbs, move furniture, work in various environments, and manage physical aspects of packout operations
- Valid driver's license and clean driving record
- Ability to lift 50+ lbs, move furniture and boxes, work in residential and commercial environments, navigate stairs, and stand for extended periods
