Job Summary
Lead a team of contents restoration technicians on fire and water damage projects, overseeing packing, inventory, and safe transport of clients' belongings; train and mentor new technicians to ensure adherence to restoration procedures and company standards; coordinate restoration methods, deodorization, and item restoration while maintaining safety, documentation, and client communication; manage equipment maintenance and safety protocols, and ensure accurate inventories and reports with photos for project progress.
Required Qualifications
- Minimum 2-5 years in contents restoration or related field
- Leadership experience preferred
- Proficient in restoration equipment and techniques (e.g., ozone chambers, hydroxyl chambers, ultrasonic cleaning, dehumidification)
- Strong communication, leadership, and customer service skills
- Physical ability to lift 50+ lbs, work in confined spaces, exposure to smoke, mold, etc.
- IICRC certifications are a plus
- Familiarity with restoration software and digital inventory systems
