Job Summary
Lead a team of restoration specialists serving communities affected by property disasters, writing estimates per carrier guidelines for pack-outs and laundry restoration. Manage project schedules, supervise crew operations, and oversee inventory of trucks and equipment. Deliver proactive communication with internal staff, quality assurance, and insurance adjusters while meeting clients on-site for issue resolution. Re-inspect job sites for quality control and act as the primary point of contact for customer concerns. Foster collaboration across departments and maintain a positive working relationship with all stakeholders.
