Job Summary
Receive incoming calls from clients, vendors, insurance companies, and field staff while communicating with customers throughout the restoration process. Create systems, implement procedures, and hold the team accountable by reporting daily and weekly updates. Assist with service scheduling, write repair and mitigation estimates in Xactimate, and manage accounts receivable by following up on outstanding invoices and estimate approvals. Perform clerical duties including customer and job data entry into proprietary software and run weekly job progress meetings to ensure Fusion is updated. Work after hours and on rotation for emergency calls, maintaining a valid driver's license and ability to lift 50 pounds.
Required Qualifications
- Must have a valid driver's license
- Must be able to lift 50 pounds unassisted
- Must be able to wear respiratory equipment and PPE
- Must be available to work after hours, and on rotation for emergency calls
- Must have experience with Xactimate, Adobe, Word, and Excel
