Job Summary
Pack, inventory, and transport customer contents affected by fire, water, or mold damage. Clean and restore damaged items while performing pack-outs, storage, and pack-backs. Operate cleaning equipment, document and photograph contents as required, and maintain a clean work area. Follow all safety policies and communicate professionally with customers and team members. Maintain a clean and organized work area. Work flexible hours including weekends or overtime as needed.
Required Qualifications
- High School Diploma or equivalent
- Previous experience in cleaning, restoration, or janitorial work
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
- Ability to lift 50 lbs. and perform physical work
- Ability to work flexible hours, including some weekends or overtime as needed
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
