Job Summary
Pack and crate damaged furniture, photograph existing damage, and relocate items for storage or return. Clean structures and contents using specialized equipment and SERVPRO solutions, then prepare rooms and areas according to project work. Inventory and load vehicles with equipment and supplies, maintaining a clean and organized appearance. Deliver items back to the customer and perform daily cleanup and breakdown to leave workplaces tidy. Comply with security guidelines and communicate with supervisors to maintain efficient processes. Requires cleaning experience, ability to lift up to 100 pounds, climb ladders, and work in confined spaces.
Required Qualifications
- Cleaning experience
- High School Diploma/GED
- Ability to lift a minimum of 50 pounds regularly, occasionally up to 100 pounds with assistance
- Ability to climb ladders, work at ceiling height, and work in confined spaces (eg, crawl spaces, attics)
- Ability to sit/stand/walk for extended periods of time
- Ability to repetitively push/pull/lift/carry objects
- Ability to work with and around cleaning products and chemicals
- Ability to travel locally and out of state when necessary
- Ability to successfully complete a background check subject to applicable law
Desired Qualifications
- Driver's license (not required but preferred)
