Create high-quality content for websites, blogs, product pages, case studies, email campaigns, social media, and marketing materials; tailor content for US-based product and SaaS audiences; collaborate with cross-functional teams including product, marketing, design, and leadership; use AI-powered tools to accelerate research, ideation, drafting, optimization, and content workflows; translate complex product, business, and technical concepts into clear and engaging content; ensure brand tone and messaging consistency across platforms; conduct content research, competitor analysis, and trend tracking to improve content effectiveness; optimize content for engagement, readability, and SEO; experiment with modern content formats and AI-assisted workflows; manage multiple content projects with quality and attention to detail.
Required Qualifications
- 4–5 years of experience in content writing, copywriting, or content marketing for US-based product or SaaS companies
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills in English
- Strong understanding of digital content, storytelling, and audience engagement
- Experience using AI tools for content creation, research, editing, or workflow optimization
- Familiarity with SEO principles and content performance metrics
- Ability to simplify complex ideas into concise and compelling narratives
- Strong research, editing, and proofreading skills
- Ability to work in fast-paced, cross-functional environments
