Content Writing Specialist to craft clear, concise copy for ads, publications, and websites, bringing B2B software brands’ voices to life. Responsibilities include writing targeted copy, interpreting briefs, collaborating with marketing teammates on campaigns and collateral, editing and proofreading, conducting research and interviews, applying SEO principles, and ensuring brand consistency across communications. Remote-friendly role based in India with a focus on producing high-quality, engaging content for multiple formats (emails, landing pages, case studies, brochures, sales presentations, video scripts, etc.). Requirements include 3+ years of experience in content writing, strong writing/editing skills, SEO knowledge (nice-to-have), and a BSc/BA in marketing or communications, with a proven ability to meet deadlines while working remotely.
Required Qualifications
- Minimum 3 years of experience as a content writing specialist or related role
- BSc/BA in marketing, communications, or related field
- Knowledge of online content strategy and creation in a B2B context
- Excellent writing, editing and proofreading skills
- Knowledge on SEO is good to have
- Strong research skills
- Creativity
- Collaborative spirit
- Excellent time-management and organizational skills; proven track record of meeting deadlines
- Comfortable working remotely with little direction, under tight deadlines
