Job Summary
Create and update documentation and user assistance for Salesforce Products, including easy-to-understand interface text, online help, and developer guides. Produce Trailhead online learning tutorials, videos, and other user assistance to help customers utilize various business applications. Collaborate with developers, quality engineers, product managers, and usability experts to make the Salesforce application easier to use. Work on real projects affecting business operations while learning innovative technical communication tools and Agile methodologies.
