Job Summary
Create high-quality, unique content for digital platforms including blogs, whitepapers, case studies, website copy, social media posts, and email newsletters. Conduct in-depth research on software development topics, industry trends, and emerging technologies to ensure accurate information. Collaborate with marketing and technical teams to communicate software solutions and features through written content while developing strategies aligned with marketing objectives. Optimize content for search engines by incorporating relevant keywords and implementing effective SEO practices. Edit and proofread content to ensure clarity, consistency, and adherence to brand guidelines. Monitor content performance using metrics and tools to provide data-driven recommendations for optimization. This role requires 4+ years of experience in the software or technology industry.
Required Qualifications
- proven work experience as a Content Writer, Copywriter, or similar role in the software development or technology industry for atleast 4+ years
- Bachelor's degree in English, Journalism, Communications, Computer Science, or a related field
- excellent writing and editing skills with a deep understanding of grammar, syntax, and style
- strong portfolio demonstrating content creation across various channels, with an emphasis on software development or related topics
- familiarity with software development concepts, processes, and technologies
- strong research skills to gather information from technical resources and subject matter experts
- excellent time management and organizational skills with the ability to meet deadlines
- strong communication and collaboration abilities to work effectively with cross-functional teams
- self-motivated and able to work independently while maintaining a high level of quality and attention to detail
- strong foundational SEO understanding: On page, Off page, blog strategy, keyword research, content creation, content optimization, etc.
- strong knowledge of various ranking factors and search engine algorithms
- excellent attention-to-detail ability and presentation skills
