Job Summary
Build and scale digital content for Abbott's retailer agency system, shifting sales from traditional to online models on TikTok and Facebook. Create a reusable content hub, draft video scripts, and train agents on livestreaming techniques and sales conversion. Develop long-term content calendars, monitor platform algorithms, and measure organic reach to expand the agent customer base. Collaborate with marketing teams to execute campaigns and refine strategies based on performance insights.
Required Qualifications
- 2-3 years experience writing content and producing digital content
- Ability to create video scripts for sales, livestreams, or channel building
- Strong content marketing mindset
- Understanding of customer journey and conversion funnel
- Proficiency in Capcut and Canva
- Ability to quickly grasp platform trends, algorithms, and user behavior on TikTok & Facebook
- Proactive attitude
- High sense of responsibility
- Collaborative spirit
- Good communication skills
- Ability to work with various groups of agents
- Quick to catch trends
- Flexible adaptation to market changes
- Passion for digital marketing and content creation
- Continuous standing for prolonged periods (more than 2 consecutive hours in an 8 hour day)
