Job Summary
Content Writer (Part-Time) at Eckerd College. Write engaging news stories and features highlighting faculty, students, and college initiatives for use in marketing, news websites, social media, and media pitches. Build source relationships, coordinate with the Marketing and Communications team for visuals, craft social media posts, assist with Admissions recruitment content, and scout alumni profiles to inform prospective students. Requires strong organizational skills, exemplary news judgment, and the ability to produce content across multiple channels; minimum two years of professional writing experience and a bachelor’s degree in Journalism, English, Creative Writing, or Literature preferred. Location: St. Petersburg, FL. Part-time schedule of 20-25 hours per week.
Required Qualifications
