Job Summary
Content & Support Operations teammate needed to maintain accurate, timely, and professional high-volume sports content during live events and peak publishing periods. You will perform live content checks, support triage, client communication, issue investigation, handovers, and contribute to process improvements. Responsibilities include quality-checking visuals, copy, metadata, links, timing, categorization, and brand consistency; triaging support requests with evidence gathering and next-action communication; using AI and internal tools to speed up checks, draft notes, inspect data, and improve repeatability; maintaining clear incident notes, support updates, and QA records; and collaborating with content, operations, product, and client-facing teams to fix issues quickly and prevent recurrence. You will also help develop checklists, playbooks, templates, and lightweight automations as you learn what breaks in practice. The role emphasizes proactive problem-solving, strong written communication, and a bias for reliability, with some exposure to live sports content and SaaS workflows. Fully remote within Turkey with a rotating shift that includes evenings and weekends. The compensation is up to EUR 20,000 per year.
Required Qualifications
- Exceptional attention to detail in checking text, visuals, links, timing, and structured information
- Clear written English and ability to explain issues calmly and precisely
- Reliability and follow-through during live coverage and client support
- Strong judgment under pressure and ability to decide on immediate actions vs escalations
- Outcome ownership for content, fixes, or support updates
- Curiosity about systems and interest in improving processes
- Experience or exposure to SaaS, sports, media production, CMS tools, or publishing workflows (nice to have)
- Experience in content QA, customer support, live operations, editorial, proofreading, or moderation (nice to have)
- Ability to use AI and tools to accelerate work while maintaining checks
