Job Summary
Develop weekly, monthly, and campaign-based content concepts that align with brand priorities, seasonal initiatives, and product launches. Build comprehensive content calendars supporting platform-specific best practices across TikTok, Instagram, YouTube, Pinterest, and emerging channels. Monitor beauty, fashion, and cultural trends to identify opportunities for timely, relevant content and optimize performance based on social metrics. Create detailed creative briefs, shot lists, and mood boards to guide internal teams and external partners. Explore and implement AI tools to improve ideation, planning, and production workflows. Partner cross-functionally with Social Media, Creative, Influencer Marketing, and Brand teams to ensure consistent brand voice and execution.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Advertising, Journalism, or a related field
- 2-4 years of experience in content strategy, social media strategy, or digital marketing
- experience preferably within the beauty, fashion, or lifestyle industry
- Strong understanding of TikTok, Instagram, YouTube, Pinterest, and emerging social platforms
- Proven ability to identify cultural trends and translate them into engaging, high-performing content strategies
- Experience developing creative briefs, mood boards, content calendars, and strategic presentations
- Strong analytical skills with experience interpreting social media insights and performance data
- Familiarity with AI-powered content creation and productivity tools
- Excellent project management, communication, and organizational skills
- Passion for beauty, consumer trends, and digital storytelling
- Bachelor of Arts (B.A)
- Experience Range II: 2 - 4 years of relevant experience or industry exposure in a related field
