Job Summary
Content Strategy Lead will own end-to-end content strategy and execution for 7–10 marketplace accounts across Beauty, Wellness, and CPG, including Amazon PDPs, A+ content, Brand Stores, Bundles, and Ad Creatives (SBAs, SBVs, DSP). Collaborate with Design, SEO, Performance Marketing, Insights, and Brand Strategy teams to translate brand strategy, insights, and keyword opportunities into actionable creative briefs, ensure adherence to marketplace best practices, and optimize content through audits and tests. Track performance metrics (CTR, CVR, traffic, keyword rank) and contribute to client presentations; support cross-functional storytelling across ads, PDPs, and brand stores. Requires 2–3+ years in ecommerce content strategy/digital creative roles and proven success with Amazon content; capable of managing multiple brand portfolios in a fast-paced agency or aggregator environment; strong project management, collaboration, and communication skills.
Required Qualifications
- 2–3+ years of experience in ecommerce content strategy, merchandising, or digital creative roles
- Proven success developing and optimizing Amazon content (PDPs, A+, Brand Stores, imagery, copy) & proficiency with Amazon Seller/Vendor Central
- Experience managing multiple brand portfolios in a fast-paced agency or aggregator environment
- Excellent project management skills
- Strong collaboration and communication skills
