Job Summary
Conduct in-depth internet research using platforms like Google Trends, Reddit, YouTube, and Instagram to identify emerging trends and content opportunities. Research and recommend new micro-learning categories based on audience behavior and market insights. Use AI tools to generate scripts, content hooks, and creative concepts quickly and efficiently. Collaborate with Marketing and Ads teams to develop high-performing content strategies that maximize engagement and business impact. Take complete ownership of content projects—from research and ideation to creating production-ready briefs. This role is ideal for freshers with hands-on experience in content creation through personal projects.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in any discipline
- 0–2 years of experience in content strategy, digital media, content research, or related fields
- Freshers with strong content creation experience
- Strong interest in content creation, internet trends, and digital media
- Strong command over Regional Languages and English (written and spoken)
- Proficiency in AI tools (ChatGPT, Gemini, Claude, etc.), internet research, and content ideation
- Excellent communication skills with an understanding of short-form content and audience engagement
- Experience managing YouTube channels, Instagram pages, blogs, or other personal content projects
- Knowledge of social media trends, analytics, and digital content creation
- Passion for learning, experimenting, and staying updated with the latest internet trends
