Job Summary
Content Strategy and Employee Experience Lead – Vice President responsible for shaping a broad portfolio including virtual agent, Compliance Portal, Inquiry Management, knowledge articles, intranet/mobile, and CCOR communications. Lead UX writing and information architecture for policies and help content; drive behavioral science applications in framing and timing; orchestrate channel mix for trainings, banners, Teams, and portals; build executive-ready dashboards and quarterly impact reviews; coordinate localization, accessibility, approvals, and audit trails. Requires 6+ years in content strategy/UX writing/product management, strong cross-functional collaboration, ability to translate complex policy into actionable guidance, and proficiency with ServiceNow, AEM, SharePoint, and Teams.
Required Qualifications
- Minimum of 6 years of experience in content strategy, communications, UX writing, service design, or product management in complex environments
- AI mindset and ability to use generative AI tools to draft, test, and analyze content with data handling guardrails
- Experience shaping cross-functional roadmaps and communications standards; strong backlog management and agile delivery skills
- Ability to convert complex policy into concise, actionable guidance; excellent executive communication in plain English
- Practical behavioral design skills with a test-and-learn mindset (A/B testing, controlled pilots)
- Metrics fluency to define success measures, build dashboards, and make data-informed decisions
- Proficiency with ServiceNow, AEM, SharePoint, and Microsoft Teams
