Job Summary
Write and maintain blog posts, service pages, and website copy across four partner brand sites and WellStreet.com. Draft Google My Business listings for 170+ locations, manage patient review responses, and produce email/SMS copy for CRM campaigns. Create social media content, digital ad copy, and video scripts for organic and paid channels. Develop B2B landing pages, press releases, and thought leadership articles for health system partners. Manage the editorial calendar, conduct keyword research, and ensure all deliverables meet healthcare compliance standards while adapting tone for distinct partner brands.
Required Qualifications
- 3 to 5 years of professional writing experience
- ideally in healthcare, multi-location brand, or agency environments
- Exceptional writing skills across multiple formats including long-form, short-form, digital, email, and conversational content
- Strong understanding of SEO fundamentals and how content supports organic search performance
- Experience writing for CRM or email marketing platforms
- Familiarity with healthcare marketing compliance and patient communication standards
- Ability to manage a high volume of concurrent writing projects without sacrificing quality or deadlines
- Collaborative and receptive to feedback, able to take direction from multiple stakeholders while maintaining a consistent brand voice
Desired Qualifications
- ActiveCampaign experience a plus
- ContentStack or WordPress experience a plus
- Healthcare or multi-location brand writing experience strongly preferred
- A positive attitude toward patients, families, and coworkers
