Job Summary
Own written, video, and creative content from concept through delivery, including scripting, production, editing, and publishing for the Nue brand. Lead the owned podcast and third-party placements while developing strategies tailored to CFOs, RevOps, and Sales leaders. Manage social media growth across LinkedIn, YouTube, and emerging platforms, adapting format and tone per audience. Execute paid content with influencers and support production of digital articles, email campaigns, and print collateral. Collaborate with the Digital Marketing Director and Events Manager to integrate content across owned, paid, and organic channels. Utilize AI-powered tools to streamline creation and analyze performance data to refine approaches. Report to the Creative Director in a fast-paced Silicon Valley environment.
Required Qualifications
- 4-6 years of experience in content creation, social media, or a related marketing role
- portfolio that shows multi-channel work
- Channel fluency: knowledge of what performs on LinkedIn vs. YouTube vs. TikTok, email vs blogs; video vs reports
- ability to instinctively adapt format, tone, and cadence per platform's audience and algorithm
- Solid writing chops across formats – social captions, email copy, digital articles, print
- consistent, compelling brand voice
- Creative tools fluency: Claude and Figma, or equivalent
- ability to concept and execute without leaning on external resources for every asset
- Data-comfortable: ability to read platform analytics, A/B test thumbnails, copy, and CTAs
- ability to translate engagement and reach metrics into better content decisions
- Comfortable working independently – managing own production schedule, deadlines, and content calendar in a fast-paced environment
- Confident communicator: ability to present concepts, explain creative decisions, and take feedback constructively
