Job Summary
Content Strategist for Generative AI and user support focused on shaping Help Center articles, customer support messaging, and AI-driven content that powers Generative AI systems. Collaborate with product and operations to translate complex technical knowledge into clear, empathetic documentation and support content. Drive data-informed content decisions, troubleshoot issues, and manage multiple content projects with tight deadlines. Responsible for writing, editing, testing, and optimizing Help Center articles and support responses, refining content standards across channels, and partnering with cross-functional teams to deliver accurate, helpful user-facing content for mobile apps and social platforms.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in English or related field from a U.S. institution (or equivalent international degree)
- 2+ years of experience in technical writing or content strategy
- At least 6 months of experience writing content for Generative AI applications
- Strong editorial judgment and critical thinking skills
- Proven ability to plan and author online help content and support messaging for mobile apps or social media platforms
- Experience working with content management systems (CMS)
- Familiarity with project management tools
