Job Summary
Develop knowledge architecture by formatting, tagging, and categorizing information to prioritize rapid discovery and ease of use. Leverage AI analytics to identify critical knowledge gaps and implement data-backed strategies that increase user activity within the knowledge base. Create engaging, multimedia assets using modern design tools to improve information retention beyond traditional text-based articles. Write expert knowledge articles that translate complex technical processes into user-friendly content while managing the full lifecycle of content accuracy and consolidation. Collaborate with internal teams and the L&D partner to ensure assets serve as high-value resources for trained colleagues. Support the Senior Manager in designing and delivering the knowledge management strategy, tracking progress against key waypoints and reporting on continuous improvement opportunities.
Required Qualifications
- Experience within a Leisure or Business Travel role
- Solid understanding of different learning styles within a contact center or customer-facing environment
Desired Qualifications
- Holds a recognized Knowledge Management certification (e.g., KMI, CKM, or KCS) or demonstrates a commitment to working toward one to maintain industry-leading standards
