Job Summary
Part-time Content Specialist, Math supports Carnegie Learning sales teams by leveraging classroom math expertise to deliver tailored knowledge and materials to Account Executives and Account Managers. Responsibilities include delivering focused presentations to adoption and pilot committees, aligning product offerings with customer needs through consultative selling, traveling for adoption presentations, curating materials and standards correlations, and collaborating with product, Sales, Professional Learning, and Marketing teams. Requires a Bachelor's degree in mathematics education, 3+ years of mathematics teaching experience, willingness to travel, strong communication and presentation skills, and proficiency with PowerPoint, Excel, Word, Adobe, and Google suite.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in mathematics education
- 3+ years of teaching experience in mathematics
- Previous experience with Carnegie Learning products is preferred
- Previous sales experience is preferred
- Flexible schedule and availability to travel on short notice, especially during the school year
- Within an hour of a major airport
- Basic understanding of school and district infrastructure, including technology environments and management systems
- A mindset for learning; ability to adapt to varying customer needs
- Expertise with PowerPoint, Excel, Word, Adobe & other design software, Google
- Excellent written, verbal, and presentational skills
