Job Summary
Develop original content across platforms including the team member portal, video, email, app, presentations, training materials, website, collateral, and social media. Collaborate with Communication Strategy Managers to create content concepts, messaging frameworks, campaign narratives, and timelines. Edit and refine drafts for clarity, accuracy, grammar, and alignment with audience and channel requirements while adhering to brand voice and tone standards. Incorporate feedback from senior team members to enhance quality, consistency, and effectiveness. Requires a Bachelor's degree in Communications, Journalism, English, Public Relations, or a related field, plus three years of experience in communications, journalism, public relations, or marketing. Typical work hours are 7:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. Monday through Friday, with a flexible schedule and 5-10% travel.
