Job Summary
Contractor to manage 7-8 Instagram pages, executing high-volume content across music and branded campaigns. Responsibilities include posting at a minimum cadence of 2 posts per day across pages, scheduling content (including weekend posts), adapting assets to fit each page’s voice, monitoring and engaging with audiences, staying current with trends, and applying relevant formats to improve performance. Track and analyze page performance using Instagram insights, submit monthly performance reports, and contribute to monetization efforts through Instagram’s native features. Requires ability to execute content per provided assets/direction, work independently, and meet deadlines. Proficiency with Canva, CapCut, or Adobe tools, and strong time-management and organizational skills are important. Bachelor’s degree preferred; 1–3 years of social media/digital media experience; equivalent experience managing personal or freelance social media accounts will be considered.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s Degree preferred
- 1–3 years of experience in social media, content execution, or digital media
- Prior experience managing or assisting with social media accounts (internships, freelance work, managing accounts for organizations or brands)
- Strong understanding of internet culture, meme formats, and social media trends
- Ability to execute high-volume content output while maintaining consistency and quality
- Understanding of performance metrics such as views, impressions, and engagement rate
- Proficiency in content creation tools such as Canva (CapCut or Adobe tools are a plus)
- Ability to follow creative direction and execute within established guidelines
- Strong time management and organizational skills
- Ability to work independently and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment
- Equivalent experience managing personal or freelance social media accounts will be considered
