Job Summary
Content Specialist responsible for capturing and editing high-quality photo and video content from modular jobsites and events, traveling regionally to gather material for marketing, social media, and internal communications. Produce short-form videos for LinkedIn, Facebook, Instagram, YouTube Shorts, and TikTok; create polished assets for websites, sales materials, digital brochures, email campaigns, and paid ads. Maintain brand consistency across photo, video, and social content; organize and maintain a digital library of assets; assist with captions and post copy; collaborate with marketing, sales, dispatch, and field teams to identify content opportunities; and stay current with social media trends. Proficiency in video editing software (Adobe Premiere Pro, DaVinci Resolve, Final Cut Pro, Vegas Pro, CapCut) and design tools (Canva, Adobe Creative Suite) is expected, along with the ability to work independently and travel to regional jobsites. Drone photography/videography, podcast/livestream/studio experience, and a valid driver’s license are a plus.
