Job Summary
Content & Social Media Specialist who lives and breathes content. Independently produce original platform-ready content (photography, short-form video and reels) aligned to brand aesthetics; shoot/edit using CapCut, Premiere, Lightroom, Photoshop, and Canva; develop concepts that connect Quad Lock products to communities and contribute to the social calendar; manage day-to-day social across Instagram, TikTok, X, YouTube, Facebook and LinkedIn; engage with the community, monitor performance, and use analytics to inform decisions. Work closely with the Senior Social Media Manager to execute campaigns, identify opportunities, adapt content for platform formats, and support ambassador/influencer content in partnership with the team. Bring energy, a growth mindset, and a strong portfolio to help grow the brand and community.
Required Qualifications
- Previous experience in a content creation or social media role with a demonstrated personal or professional content portfolio
- Proven ability to independently produce and edit short-form video content (using tools such as CapCut, Premiere)
- Experience managing social channels for a brand or organisation
- Demonstrated use of analytics to inform content decisions
- Highly organised with strong attention to detail
