Job Summary
Content & Social Media Marketing Manager to shape and advance Core Scientific’s marketing, brand, communications, and content. Responsible for translating complex topics in AI infrastructure and high-performance computing into clear narratives; owning social media strategy and content across channels; supporting brand positioning, employer branding, and recruitment storytelling; collaborating with executive leadership and cross-functional teams; managing content calendars, campaigns, and performance analytics; and staying current on marketing best practices. Requires a Bachelor's degree and 4–7 years of social media management experience for a corporate/B2B brand, with strong writing, editorial, and cross-functional collaboration skills.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Journalism, or a related field
- 4–7 years of experience managing social media for a corporate brand, B2B organization, or high growth company
- Demonstrated experience developing social strategies that drive engagement and brand credibility
- Strong writer, storyteller, and communicator with excellent editorial skills and the ability to adapt tone for executive, technical, and employer brand content
- Experience in content marketing, social media, brand marketing, and corporate communications
- Familiarity with social media analytics tools and reporting on KPIs
- Highly organized, self-directed, and accountable, with strong project management skills and attention to detail
- Ability to manage projects with minimal supervision while meeting deadlines
- Collaborative and comfortable working cross-functionally and directly with senior leaders
- Experience managing social media in regulated, technical, or infrastructure-focused industries is a plus
- Experience with Canva, video content, social media management tools, and AI-powered content creation is a plus
