Job Summary
Coordinate content projects across multiple international markets, managing timelines, workflows, and deliverables from briefing to final delivery. Liaise with clients and internal teams to ensure smooth execution, coordinating feedback, approvals, and stakeholder communication while maintaining content calendars and status updates. Ensure all outputs meet deadlines, quality standards, and brand guidelines. Requires 2-4 years of project management experience and high-level English and Spanish proficiency. Full-time hybrid role with flexible hours and full remote availability during Christmas, Easter, July, and August.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Advertising, Economics or a related field
- 2-4 years of experience in project management, content coordination or account management
- Strong organisational skills and ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
- Experience working with international clients or teams
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
- English: high level
- Spanish: high level
