Job Summary
Capture compelling social media content including video, photography, reels, and graphics that reflect the voice and vision of assigned accounts. Collaborate with ministries to capture moments communicating story, atmosphere, and community, then edit short-form and long-form content optimized for platforms using LOG profiles, LUTs, and consistent color workflows. Complete simple graphic tasks in Photoshop and handoff polished content to the Social Media Project Manager with clear context. Stay informed on current platform trends and contribute creative ideas to increase engagement while adhering to established brand guidelines. Evening and weekend availability required for services and live events.
Required Qualifications
- Experience producing social media video and photo content
- Understanding of platform-native content creation (Instagram, TikTok)
- Comfort capturing content in live or event environments
- Strong attention to detail and follow-through
- Ability to receive creative direction and execute with clarity
- Strong understanding of brand consistency and stewardship
- Evening and weekend availability required for services, events, or live moments
Desired Qualifications
- Experience working in a church, ministry, or values-driven organization
- Proficiency in DaVinci Resolve or Adobe Premiere Pro
- Comfort working with LOG footage and basic color grading workflows
- Basic Photoshop proficiency
- Ability to thrive in a collaborative, fast-paced creative environment
