Job Summary
Lead the creation and execution of all NIL content, including multimedia audio/video, motion graphics, podcasts, and live streams across multiple digital platforms. Collaborate with the athletic department, sponsors, and student athletes to ideate, create, and execute robust content offerings that align with stakeholder goals. Build trust with student athletes and evolve best practices across creative production and distribution while assisting in Learfield live-action shoots and social activations. Contribute to research, pre-production, post-production, and analysis for all proactive and reactive content, tracking performance to present recaps to partners and leadership. Act as a liaison between the athletic department, local sales teams, and national sales to formulate full distribution plans and manage campaigns through end of series. Create pre-sale content presentations and lead distribution kick-off calls to communicate insights to stakeholders.
Required Qualifications
- 4+ years of experience in the sports or entertainment industry
- experience in creating, writing, producing, directing, and editing video content
- Advanced proficiency in graphic and motion design
- proficiency in photography
- proficiency in video shooting
- proficiency in producing and editing across various formats
- expertise with Adobe Creative Cloud
- Demonstrated ability to collaborate effectively with content creators, partners, and stakeholders
- Experience producing content for multiple social platforms
- deep understanding of best practices for each social platform
- Ability to thrive under tight deadlines in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
- Strong understanding of how major and emerging social platforms—Facebook, X/Twitter, Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, Snapchat, and others—function and engage their respective communities
- Excellent communication skills
- Ability to present creative concepts and strategic approaches to leadership
- Ability to generate innovative ideas and concepts that align with project goals and organizational initiatives
- Strong administrative, critical reasoning, and problem-solving skills
- Highly organized, efficient, and detail oriented
