Content Producer / Shoot Manager

Plan monthly and quarterly shoot calendars aligned with marketing strategy, build detailed shot lists, and conduct recce visits to ensure production feasibility. Lead on-ground execution across brands by directing photographers and videographers, supervising lighting setups, and making quick creative calls to maintain time and output efficiency. Manage editing timelines, review final assets for storytelling and brand tone, and maintain structured hard drive mapping systems to organize content libraries and archive data systematically. Coordinate vendor relationships, negotiate budgets, and standardize shoot SOPs to scale production workflows efficiently. Collaborate with Brand Managers and Marketing teams to suggest operationally feasible content ideas and improve overall production efficiency.
