Job Summary
Edit raw podcast recordings into professional full-length episodes with high-quality audio and video. Cut episodes into engaging short-form clips optimized for TikTok, Instagram Reels, YouTube Shorts, and LinkedIn. Produce long-form video content ensuring storytelling flow and brand alignment, adding captions, motion graphics, and intros/outros. Repurpose and format content for multiple platforms by adapting length, aspect ratio, and style. Research, contact, and secure potential podcast guests while coordinating schedules and maintaining booking calendars. Collaborate with marketing and production teams to maximize reach. This role supports the HR function of a rapidly growing BPO connecting businesses with dedicated teams in the Philippines.
Required Qualifications
- Proven experience in video editing with a portfolio showcasing podcasts, interviews, or content repurposed into short- and long-form formats
- Proficiency in editing software such as Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro, or DaVinci Resolve
- Strong understanding of social media platforms and their best practices for video distribution, including trends and audience behaviors
- Solid audio editing and mixing skills to ensure clear, balanced, professional podcast sound
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills for liaising with potential guests, hosts, and internal teams
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects, booking schedules, and deadlines simultaneously
- Creative storytelling ability to identify engaging moments in conversations and repurpose them into compelling content
- Self-motivated, adaptable, and comfortable working independently while maintaining strong collaboration with the wider team
- Remote work capability
