Content Producer

Content Producer responsible for end-to-end production of video and photography content for social, web, campaigns, events, and executive communications. Own concept development, on-set shooting, and post-production across platforms, delivering final cuts and assets. Collaborate with the Creative Director to align with brand and campaign direction, manage timelines and asset libraries, and provide live event coverage when needed. Requires 3–5 years in video production, photography, or a combined content-creator role, a strong portfolio of end-to-end work, proficiency with video editing software (Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro) and photo editing tools (Lightroom, Photoshop), and a keen eye for composition, pacing, and storytelling. Familiarity with AI tools in creative workflows and willingness to work in Ottawa, on-site, with no defence background required. The role emphasizes independence, high-quality craft, and rapid iteration in a Canada-defence context; candidates who may not tick every box are encouraged to apply.
