Job Summary
Review videos, news stories, images, political ads, and social media profiles to score them on age-appropriateness, violence, sexual content, and political transparency. Apply content policies to digital material and enforce client terms of use while identifying subtle differences in digital communication. Escalate performance changes through appropriate channels to maintain required KPIs and adhere to security measures and confidentiality requirements. Actively participate in employee assistance programs, reporting initiatives, and training to foster community well-being. This role supports the BPO's mission with a dynamic team in Thessaloniki, offering 24/7 shifts and wellness coaching.
Required Qualifications
- Fluent English (C1) and Hungarian (C1), must be able to read and speak the language with an emphasis on great grammar skills
- Experience in a BPO/contact centre/content moderation this or last year
- Tolerance of sensitive content that might sometimes include: child exploitation and abuse, animal torture, gang violence, murder, hate speech and more
- A high school diploma or equivalent
- Strong interpersonal skills, verbal and written communication skills and most importantly empathy
- A high affinity and cultural awareness of political and social situation in the country/region of supported language
- Ability to pass a Criminal background check
