Required Qualifications

  • Experience in Customer Service / BPO / Call Center
  • Quality Analyst / QA / Content Auditor
  • Strong attention to detail
  • Critical thinking and decision-making
  • Ability to work in a high-volume / fast-paced environment
  • Strong written communication skills (English preferred)
  • Ability to apply guidelines and policies consistently
  • Basic computer skills (MS Office, digital tools, platforms)
