Job Summary
Mentor team members on career development and guide them through daily operations. Establish team goals and collaborate on strategies for executing, measuring progress, and sharing results. Lead a high-performing team through a transition to build problem-solving and analytical capabilities while delivering projects involving quantitative analysis and industry research. Serve as a cross-functional and global liaison to advocate for users and influence team strategy through effective communication. Partner with global teams to develop scalable solutions and suggest actionable recommendations based on identified insights.
Required Qualifications
