Review, monitor, and moderate user-generated content in line with community guidelines, identifying and escalating inappropriate or sensitive material. Resolve content issues promptly to maintain a positive user experience while following established moderation processes with high accuracy. Provide feedback to improve content guidelines and internal policies within a 24/7 shift environment covering weekends and holidays. Fluent in Slovenian and English, you must be eligible to work in Greece and possess strong analytical abilities to handle sensitive content professionally.
