Job Summary
Review, classify, and moderate user-generated content to ensure compliance with community standards and platform policies. Identify and remove inappropriate, harmful, or prohibited material while maintaining accuracy targets. Escalate complex or high-risk cases following established procedures and adhere to all company policies and confidentiality requirements. Maintain C1 Mandarin and B2 English proficiency, with a minimum typing speed of 40 words per minute. Work rotational shifts including weekends and public holidays. Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply.
Required Qualifications
- Diploma, Bachelor's Degree, or equivalent qualification in any discipline
- Mandarin: Minimum C1 proficiency (reading, writing, and speaking)
- English: Minimum B2 proficiency (reading, writing, speaking, and comprehension)
- Minimum typing speed of 40 words per minute (WPM) with at least 90% accuracy
- Proficient in Microsoft Windows and Microsoft Office applications
- Strong internet navigation and computer literacy skills
- Excellent attention to detail and decision-making skills
- Ability to multitask effectively in a fast-paced environment
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team
- Emotionally resilient and capable of reviewing sensitive, graphic, or disturbing content
- Flexible and willing to work rotational shifts, including weekends and public holidays
Desired Qualifications
- Experience in content moderation, customer service, back-office operations, data processing, or other target-driven environments
- Candidates with experience working under KPIs and productivity targets
