Job Summary
Review, assess, classify, and moderate user-generated content to ensure compliance with platform policies and community standards. Identify and remove inappropriate, harmful, or prohibited material while maintaining high-quality accuracy targets. Escalate complex or high-risk cases following established procedures and participate in ongoing training and policy updates. Maintain confidentiality regarding customer and platform information while adhering to all company processes. Work rotational shifts including weekends and public holidays with a focus on detail and resilience.
Required Qualifications
- Diploma, Bachelor's Degree, or equivalent qualification in any discipline
- Mandarin: Minimum C1 proficiency (reading, writing, and speaking)
- English: Minimum B2 proficiency (reading, writing, speaking, and comprehension)
- Minimum typing speed of 40 words per minute (WPM) with at least 90% accuracy
- Proficient in Microsoft Windows and Microsoft Office applications
- Strong internet navigation and computer literacy skills
- Excellent attention to detail and decision-making skills
- Ability to multitask effectively in a fast-paced environment
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team
- Emotionally resilient and capable of reviewing sensitive, graphic, or disturbing content
- Flexible and willing to work rotational shifts, including weekends and public holidays
Desired Qualifications
- Experience in content moderation, customer service, back-office operations, data processing, or other target-driven environments
- Candidates with experience working under KPIs and productivity targets
